Have you ever in the situations where you are able to help them but you choose not to?

I feel bad today where this lady accidentally drop her hat flew from the motorcycle and I was there waiting her to pick it up. I mean, I could do that but I choose not to. I mean, I feel slightly scared if she thinks I want to mug her. I know that is a weird thought and I don't know why I feel like that.

I feel like I don't like accusations on me when something's happen.
