I like maki rolls with smoked salmon, not raw fish. Nori is delicious.

I enjoy all sorts of sushi. If it's really tender and well prepared, salmon, tuna, albacore, mackerel, plus the different types of rolls they come up with. Maybe try a different place or different fish.
