No responses, Joe? I'll respond so you have at least one. Your sarcasm is wrong on two of the three counts, but at least we can agree wholeheartedly that we should all do something nice for a veteran this weekend. After all, they keep our great nation safe.

Absent the death of Trump, my suspicion is the media folds first (the Hannity war over the weekend seems instructive of something) and one would think the so called "deep state" should be favored when handicapping its war v Trump. I'm not sure whether to so called "deep state" or Trump is better for citizens like us.

@Jackjjacksonjr: Not sure what you mean about Hannity. He lost advertisers, and was told to get off the air for a few days on Wednesday, after he re-floated the Seth Rich murder story, when Rich's family has been the media to lay the F off and let their son rest in peace.
I never cared for the deep state and I don't think I ever will, but I also have low tolerance for Presidents who act like third world dictators, and that includes Clinton and Trump.

USAA went back on the air with Hannity. The effort from the left to knock him off the air failed. It may be a tipping point. Agreed, not a whole lot to like about about dictators be they the deep state or politicians. As I recall there were rumors that President Obama was about to become a dictator that proved false. We will have another election in 2020.
