@Penny back during his mayoral campaign it was discovered that a bunch of his donators/supporters who worked for his city made a bunch of corrupt and racist remarks on a recorded phone line in his citys police station about getting him to fire their black chief and saying things like “it’ll be a fun time when it’s all white people”
Instead of addressing the situation properly he fire the chief as per their wishes and fired the whistle blower who discovered the racist content.
