I Had to Take My Shoes Off

i went to look around 3 show houses today. It was shoes off at the door at all houses.
I walked around barefoot. They all had marvelous deep pile carpets. It felt so good.

I went with a friend who was buying a house once, and some of the ones we saw that day were similar. Realtor and all guests looking at the place [i]must[/i] remove their shoes before entering. Other houses just didn't care, so it was a toss up.

These were new houses.
I would say its pretty much the norm here 8n the uk for people to remoive shoes when viewing a house

@SW-User yes the carpets were beautiful. I prefer carpets to hard floors as they as more comfortable and in a cold,climate like ours in the UK they help keep the house warm.
