I am in love with my best friends bf.. he’s so sweet and kind to me and always compliments me and flirts with me but then he tells her he loves her and I see them kiss but I still see him looking my way sometimes and I’m so confused

Leave him alone and distance yourself from him. If he's loving on your friend and looking at you, he already knows that you like him. Best thing for you to do is to save your friendship and not be the third wheel.
