I Appreciate Honesty

But honesty and opinion are not necessarily synonymous.
Be honest in your dealings with people. Be trustworthy.
But don't mistake *telling it as you see it* for honesty.
Your truth isn't necessarily THE truth. Sometimes people really aren't interested in hearing what you think.
