I have been drinking so much water for so long, that I feel dry if I don't drink as much as usual. I just love water, I would feel ok without other drinks.

How many cups of Tea and how many tea spoon of sugar if you don't mind me asking. It's because I take a little lot. I avoid Tea or Coffee because I think it makes the drinker dependant.
