Does it have 500 calories in every bite ?
I used to love to sit down to a cup of coffee and a package of Oreo's ,until my 1/2 brother asked did I know how many calories are in each cookie ,I was blown away .
Back then if my gut was going to get big I preferred it was from drinking beer ,,I gave that up too in 1994 LOL
A single Oreo cookie has a little over 53 calories. The cookie also contains 8.3 grams of carbohydrates, 2.3 grams of fat and 0.67 grams of protein.
But that does look pretty darn tempting
now days its not my gut I have to watch
its my glucose level ,,not wanting to lose any limbs
or my vision .
Sometimes what I wouldn't give to be young again
when I never worried about such things .
