Question /curiosity [I Am Wiccan]

Is there any significance to someone pointing a flashlight directly to my house? I just noticed a neighbor put on that lights right at my front door.

I know they have mirrors on the outside of the house but the flashlight I hadn't noticed I til today...

Any ideas?
