I got jobs before. In fact, I have a job right now. It's really not that difficult, but sometimes you have to start at the bottom and that's when the Id gets in the way.

Keep trying and eventually you'll find something. You may not be pessimistic about it but you just didn't have good experience so far in finding job. So you are right at your place but they see it differently. Still you should try to be positive in your way forward. Being realistic or not, negative thoughts won't help you.
