I Love Going Barefoot

Many reasons. It feels great. It also fulfills my exhibitionist tendencies- it's a little taboo to go barefoot in public and risk judgement. It's also good to relax walking at night, as part of mindfulness you can focus on sounds like birds, trees, and different sensations from walking on different surfaces like grass, concrete, bitumen, sand etc.

It's comfortable. It's out-of-the-norm. I hope to inspire others to go barefoot too.
