Who do I contact to send in a mold sample from food or drink?

I want to know what kind of mold it is mainly. Haven't found anything except for house-type mold testing and I don't feel like that's right.

Um I believe you can contact a local college and ask how much to run an analysis on a sample for you, worst case they tell you a better lab to use
