@WittyKittyfeelinShitty Try a fidget spinner or something like it. It can give your hands a different distraction. I like the infinity cubes myself.

@WittyKittyfeelinShitty if it gets really bad or anything see a doc. They have anti compulsive meds but yeah they got sides effects. I've been on plenty of them:(
