Strech very carefully and see what movements bring relief and which make it worse. Sounds like a pinched or irritated nerve, but do you have any other unusual symptoms? Stiff jaw? Any facial numbness? Any tingling or pain in your legs?
Stay away of conditioning air...you don't need to go to hospital
