President Trump wants free, fair and reciprocal trade. What exactly is that and can it be achieved?

That would be where foreign governments don't subsidize companies in their countries so that they can dump goods here at less than cost.

@SimplyTracie We can't stop china and other countries from doing it, but that's what Tariffs are for, to discourage that.

@TheProphet We shouldn’t condemn other countries for doing what we do ourselves. That would make us real assholes.

@SimplyTracie It hurts our economy when they drive our companies out. I agree we shouldn't do it either. Free trade means just that. No government subsidies.
