Can we give up the fear of each other, for the love for one another?

Will we continue to live an unconscious existence in separation or a conscious one in unity?

That probably won't happen any time soon. I've heard it said that perfect love casts out all fear, but what I actually see happening is fear casting out love.

I think the love of power is a big part of the problem also. I don't know who first said it, but a famous quote comes to mind: "When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace."

But right now, the love of power seems to have the upper hand. :(
