I Am Not Where I Wanted to Be At This Age

Vision:
Wife. Mother. Homemaker. Caretaker. Boo-boo kisser. Stable. Grounded. I thought I was destined for a life of sleepy mornings after long nights up with a baby. Devoting my life to a family, giving them everything that I never had and doing all of this with a supportive man beside me.

Reality:
Girlfriend. Daughter. Sister. Aunt. Friend. Bread winner. Free. Sometimes it saddens me, sometimes it satisfies me.

Not necessarily worried, I was just always ready for it. My plan was not God's plan though. I accept it. Sometimes I'm just unsure what to do with this time in my life. I always pictured it differently.
