Plans go at tangents sometimes!

As a child I planned to be a nurse, but instead I studied design! I moved to Italy, but I'm back home in France.

There are other ambitions which are on a different course!

It's good that you have plans and ambitions even if they change from time to time. I personally just drifted through life one day at a time, with no plan.
