The Butterfly Effect: (with reference to chaos theory) the phenomenon whereby a minute localized change in a complex system can have large effects elsewhere.
The butterfly effect is the concept that small causes can have large effects. For example, a compliment. That compliment you gave someone might have made their day. The happiness you gave them might've been the thing that perked them up. For all you know down the road it might save their life. Everything you say can, and will, cause something to happen no matter what it is. Crying, laughter, hate, confusion, etc. And then we;ll see what happens as a result of that.
Good theory but with number of butterflies in the world you'd be seeing large effects all the time, Large effects tend to happen naturally in regard to the world itself as it's constantly renewing itself.
