I Enjoy Meaningful Conversations

Unfortunately, I don't have many meaningful conversations. I've always suffered from Social Anxiety, but since moving to a new state in 2015, I have secluded myself.

My Husband is Military, so he is constantly working, and I'm a stay at home Mom to my 10 month old son, so of course, I don't get any conversations from him, since he can't talk yet.

I am pushed to try and to out of my comfort zone to make friends, by my Husband, but I just can't seem to make myself do it. He's very supportive and I appreciate it, but feel as though I let him down by not being able to make more of an effort. I wish I had a friend I could talk to whenever needed, someone with a similar mindset, so that our conversations flow easily. Maybe one day.

@awakenstarchild: can't blame you. Some women love stirring up trouble. Plus many military wives think they share their husband's rank.
@Crazywaterspring: Ya, I've seen that a lot here, I don't get why though, they aren't the ones serving and aren't on the payroll.
@Suesinglemom: thank you!
What is your mindset? I would enjoy having a meaningful conversation with you.
