I Like Learning New Things

The power of the world wide web is right at our fingertips. Its a resource that is quite fascinating, intriguing, meaningful, pointless, educational, fact-finding, humorouse, senseless, fulfilling, self-fulfilling, fake yet often true. Its so much that there is such a vast space full of useful and useless knowledge how can anyone ignore it.

We engage in it everyday. It cannot be ignored because this is the evolving world of the new information age.

If there is anything in the world out there that you want to know about its there. At home, at work, at school, on the television, radio, and your local supermarket. Everything today has a website, a twitter channel, a Facebook page, Instagram and Pinterest + more.

Anything on the map is googleable. Yes that's actually a word because I googled it. Definition = A phrase structured in such a way as to be conducive to being found on Google.

However don't let Google be your only reliable source, there are others out there that are resourceful means of information. Try duck duck go...its a new age search engine that can offer links to pages that Google may not offer, whenever you Google certain sites.

Not trying to promote or disregard social media sites or search engines, just simply pointing out how great and wonderful the world wide web can be truly be.

Our world is so complex and entirely diverse, its fascinating really.
I am the kind of person who is intrigued by this and I indulge myself in learning new things and I have a desire to want to know more. I like to see how other parts of the world engage with the virtual world that is quickly becoming less virtual and more informational and personable too.

I fancy myself in sharing what I know and have come to learn with the power of the world wide web. Call me egocentric on this if you will but, I love learning and am often inspired by what I find through the power of the new age of informational technology.
