I Want To Travel The World

I was in Egypt the last time right after they revolted and burned the Government buildings. We weren't sure we were going to be allowed in the country even. We visited the museum that is right there art the building that was burnt. I can still remember the smells of charred electronics and dry heat chemicals. It was both exciting and sad to see. The people were excited over their take back but at the same times the trash was overflowing and filling the canals. Egypt has its beautiful side and then it also has its poorer less beautiful non touristy side. I can say I have touched the great pyramids and had my picture made with them and I have ridden a camel in most places, but I think my takeaway from Egypt was a sadder memory of little children trying to earn money selling trinkets and how determined they were to make every American dollar they could.

@Fungirlmmm One of my best friend works as a business consultant of the company he and his friends owns. It's getting big and they have opened their branches in UAE, US and UK. He spends most of his time travelling to these countries like you do. Each time he come back he has an amazing story to tell.

I have been blessed to travel to 11 of the 13 you have listed, some for work and some for pleasure. That is a great list and an admirable goal. I wish you luck as you attempt to achieve it and look forward to the stories you will share as you tick each destination off your 'to do' list.
