Love to spend a full year touring Continental Europe with every country so different and so full of historical interest. Love to see the ancient civilisations of the Middle East and India, and the Drakensberg Mountains of South Africa, the great deserts of Australia and the Kalahari and Cape Horn.
Where would I not like to go? Jungles. I don't fancy the humidity and the flies!

@Flowerpot I once wanted to visit India, but no longer, the way they treat women there.
Africa, you really have to be diligent as to where you visit.

Canada is nice, I think you would find something to like.
US too, although there is good and bad everywhere
