I used to in middle and high school but I don't have enough time or concentration to do that anymore. Too mentally preoccupied. I feel I can't gather the words to precisely describe how I feel in the moment so I'm left unsatisfied. I have a livejournal but I only posted a few entries. I wish to pick the habit up again.

ive been doing it for about 3 years not exactly a journal i call it a ramble where i just sit and write whatever comes into my head some times for hours sometimes minutes,its not about any one thing just a ramble .i find it very relaxing .🙃

I've found that writing in my journal is good stress therapy. It is also helpful if you need to recall something that happened in the past.
