I Write Poetry

Layers of me are cut away,
searching for the core,
All of me is pealed back to find the seed,
The beginning,
The truth,
The thing that was concealed,
Its not an easy thing,
To see,
And even harder to remember,
What they want you to forget,

As i peel back the layers,
New layers form,
To discourage me from searching for the truth,
It only stop me a moment,
I accept it as a rest stop,
I wont be dislodged from my mission,
