The Getaway

[b][center]Drop whatever you are doing! That's right, stop!

Shut up and listen closely to where this conversation is going.

It is time for you and your soul to take stock.

What have you done? What have you achieved?

Did you tick the boxes set out and shot every bullet from your own gun?

Did you actually succeed in realizing the dream your heart wanted to believe?

Telling yourself "It can wait!" stops today.

Leave the paperwork here, you are walking out that door and you are going to keep going that way.

Whatever money is in your pocket, that's what you have to use.

The boss that is yelling at you to get back to work, leave them, and resent that past abuse.

You wanted to go and see those shores, explore the many things the world has in store, and as a child always searching for something more?

Go and do it.

Hit brick walls and barricades that make you question your choices or stand in your way?

Smash, leap, go around the outside or take it apart bit by bit.

Never occurs the day after someday, make that leap and keep the word 'hope' alive so that you can make it happen today.

Swim in clear oceans, run across clean beaches.

Get caught up in festivals, rediscover yourself and nature in all its wonderful features.

Eat until you are filled, drink to be merry but always pay your bill.

No one up to this point has lived a life like yours, and everyone after you never will.

Don't wait for the world to pass you by like scenery in an old cartoon.

Endlessly repeating as the audience is forced to believe the characters will get there sometime soon.

That escape is only a few steps away, and it takes merely the first few steps of a lifetime to make it come true.

The world is waiting for you to make the conscious choice to try, the real question that needs to be asked is: "Will you?"
