I Write Poetry
Oh how I wish I could be at the tippy top of the tallest tree
So I could see, all the things that life should bring
A warm embrace, a lovers kiss
A secret shared, a moments bliss
But here I stand, on roots and ground
Bare tree limbs above me, like a crown
I thought I was alone, but me and you are joined by bone
So let us walk, hand in hand
Misery needs anothers touch, such is Gods plan.
