I Am Always Improving Myself

Hi my names Liz and I'm kind of new here. I'm always constantly trying to improve myself. I suffer from bipolar disorder, depression, I'm recovering from an eating disorder, I also have anxiety, and I'm recovering from past physical abuse. I am currently attending therapy to overcome my issues, but I joined here to find people I can talk about it with openly to further improve it.

Liz, you have taken the first and in my opinion most important step by seeking professional help. I have been going to a therapist for anxiety disorder for several years and it has helped me tremendously.

Hopefully you can find someone here at SW with whom you can discuss your challenges. I don't like to use the word problems because it sounds too negative. You have a positive attitude so I have no doubt you can and will succeed in overcoming your challenges.
