Sure, emotionally invulnerable but that attitude works like being locked in a safe room, you are safe but also you are imprisoned voluntarily incapable of enjoying life and meaningful interactions. So kind of sad really.

Very true but not always easy to keep in mind. I heard a good quote recently : In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
