I Write Dark Poetry

i miss you
with a passion in my heart like fire
it burns
like embers of hell
scattered throughout my core
pulsating in my chest
i feel the stabbing pain
adrenalizing me like a piercing thorn
razors like a pendulum swinging
it escapes from my lips in a shivering breath
only to rain down mercilessly
like a storm of nails
