Unfortunately not possible. We can not even control our own hackers, much less other technologies in other countries.

@DeWayfarer I think we can to a lot of degree by keeping Open Source thriving. When I have time I will try to be more precise as to why so.

@WildeGeist Would be very interested in how. Most especially how, when a hacker can see the source and know it's vulnerabilities without going through a long drawn out process.
