Heres to all my homies who made it home in Florida <3 Peace out my homies

I was born here. Lived here most my life.(Florida) Married a military man toured Germany. Life was beautiful. Then it got better. Unable to conceive, We applied for adoption. Brand new baby girl.
Next tour we came home with a 2 year old boy.
He'd been battered and abused and removed from the Mother. They called us to ask if we could take this child. We were still in the system.
The boy is a man now. A little girl of his own. And a wife he cannot stand, that if he should ever leave her she will make sure he never sees his daughter again.
Life throws punches when you least expect. Sometimes the rewards are right in front of you. You only need to lift your head and look.
As for myself, Divorced. Living with a man I dated when I was but a teen. My first true love.
My daughter has since been contacted by her blood brother and sister. The mother had told her children the baby died at birth. Alex never gave up. Discovered the name of the adopting parents and where they were stationed.
They couldn't believe yet searching Face Book USA saw Christiane's picture and she could easily be a twin to her sister Brigitte.
I am so filled with the joy her new family has brought her. Christiane is an incredible mother with 3 boys of her own. ~Carla 1951
