First you need to figure out his likes/dislikes. Buy a box of donuts for the group, and pay attention to which one he grabs. Buy a box of chocolates and see which ones he takes, then you can begin to zero in on what makes him tick. You need to gather intelligence.

Wait till the person you want to suck up is standing in one place go behind them bend over and kiss their ass?
