What do you think of the phrase, "the new normal?" Do you use it (or overuse it)?

I don’t use it very often but so many things have changed dramatically about the way we live, since the 21st century began. Many things we grew up seeing as “normal” no longer apply. 😳

I use it, but not so much....and I’ll say “a new normal” rather than “the new normal”, as “normal” varies for different people in any situation.

I remember the overuse of “new paradigm” in the early 90s.
