You Are Alive and You Can

As long as you’re alive, you have more built-in power and resilience than you could ever imagine. The size of your problem is nothing, compared with your ability to solve it. Don't overestimate your problems, nor underestimate yourself.

“Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.”- Henry Ford

Suicide is not an alternative to pain... it’s an alternative to living. There really are no second chances, once you're gone. Think of all the things in your life you hoped you would one day accomplish, and hang onto those dreams. You can still bring them to life. Change your mind, and you'll change your life. I've done it many a time, with great success. I refuse to let my dreams die.

“The secret of our success is that we never, never give up.” – Wilma Mankiller

Problems are temporary, but they are there for good reason. They are actually there to benefit you and help you. Such is life, the constant changes, the opportunity to learn and grow. The opportunity to mature and gain self esteem, self confidence, and self-love. Contrary to belief, problems are there to embrace...to face head-on, so that you can move on in life and have a better quality of life. You will not be able to move on, until you address the current problem.

Right now, you might feel stuck, but that's only because you've not faced the challenge before you. Problems are not the problem. Discipline, delay, and poor choices are, but those, you can change. Sweeping them under the rug, won't solve the problem. It takes facing them head-on, perseverance and determination...ALL of which you already possess, but aren't exercising. Ignore them, and you'll stay stuck in the same spot, UNTIL you address them. Hardly a reason to give up.
