Anybody know how to load one of these if the rubber is used until it can't be taken out?

I always fed the leads in through the tip... if you press the eraser down and hold it, it should release and let you push the new lead in.

Take a needle poke it into the eraser at a 45* angle and pry it out. Put in lead and new eraser.

dig the eraser out with tweezers maybe a small screwdriver
Or you can hold the feed down and put new lead in from the tip

Have you tried sticking a pin into what's left of the rubber and prising it out that way.

Hold down the rubber end, and carefully feed it into tip.

Use a pin to poke it and pull it out.

Ise a small screw🤷‍♂️
