Is -6 C too cold to paint?

I was supposed to paint my window sill outside my porch, like 3 months ago, to appease the land lord. I didn't do it yet, and they are stopping by soon. Oopsie. =)

It's just a small area, so maybe a little touch up in the sub zero temps just to say I did it. 😊

If it’s just to avoid getting in trouble, then go for it.
It won’t likely ‘stick’ though...it’ll only be temporary.
Come spring it will just peel off.

@ImpeccablyImperfect fair enough

If you use a latex brush on paint it will not stick. If it's a small area, clean it well and then spray paint the surface. It'll pass temporarily.
if it is white paint, just pour milk on it and let it freeze

@approachingmyexpirationdate lol, nice. Indeed it is.
@MougyWolf of course after the spring thaw you need to break out the paint

You might need to use a hair dryer to help it dry
