Not able to control the pleasures they get from senses, more scientifically the hormones. And they can't overcome five major weaknesses of the human personality, these are, lust, rage, greed, attachment and conceit.
Truth can be subjective. Like what do you do, steal bread for someone that is starving or let them die. You are condemned either way. Things are not black and white.
