You can email your friends, call them etc. Facebook is not our lives, like it seems to suggest. It is a vampire that sucks the joy out of friendships.

Maybe don’t delete it, but just don’t check it. Everyone is just trying to put pictures where we look hot to get attention from those who don’t give a damn about us. Those who actually give a damn actually text us or call us, not wait to see a picture of us before they remember we exist.
