At what age do people start behaving like a decent human being ?

Some people never do....some from the time they are young children.

For some people it's the day they die

Not age exclusive. Imho, it's a conscience thing; this is just part of it, though.

When they become parents..the end of being selfish and putting your child first.

That's not an age thing. One quick look around here should tell you.

Some at age 0, others die before that reach that point in their life.
