I Have a Dog

My 10-pound doggy forces me to follow her to the kitchen to watch her drink from her water dish. Maybe she is afraid a lion will get her if there’s no lookout!

My 11 pound, formerly 13 pound, cat forces me to follow him into the den so he can be petted in the sunbeam that comes in the window.

Can’t pet him anywhere else, mind you, gotta be there!

@xixgun I am very sorry to hear that—the 10-pound doggy used to be two pounds heavier as well. But despite being skin and bones, she is currently very spritely on her prescription diet.

@Poppies Yes, my cat has prescription food as well and seems to be leveling up. He’s doing that run through the house like he’s insane thing.
😊 It is a mark of a dog lover that a 10 lb critter can force us to do anything!

Chia, my Keeshund, was terrified of lawn chairs and had some sort of negative involvement with the love seat in the living room. On first entering the room she would stare at the love seat and growl deep in her throat. Once the love seat got her point, whatever it was, she'd curl up on the rug by the love seat and go to sleep.

That's funny! My neighbors dog creeps ever so slowly up to her water dish as if there is a monster in there ready to pounce. It's hilarious. We think it's her own reflection in the water that creeps her out. DOGS!!!
