I Smoke Cigarettes

Anyone have any revolutionary quitting tips?!
Ynotisay · M
Yeah. Light up and enjoy. :)
OR you might want to consider working vaping in to your smoke routine. A lot of people have cut way back or quit.

The juries still out on the long term effects of vaping too.
Ynotisay · M
@Picklebobble: Well, only because it's a new technology. The jury sure isn't out on alcohol, red meat and processed foods though.

Age old question arises.
How is it if we Brits are paying £7 or $10 a pack we don't have the finest heart/lung hospitals on the planet !
Or at least the best outcome for survival rates ?

the first couple of weeks are the hardest..
