1930's great depression times... They where very hard times..

But sadly these days most people think smiling is stupid or a sign or weakness.. Can you imagine how many people in today's world would be totally destroyed by a 1930's great depression economic event? I would say the suicide rate would be the highest it has ever been in recorded history in the western world.. People are no where near as resilient as they where in that former generation..
