Work-wise, it's to be the best I possibly can be every day. I suppose it's an inner drive and self motivation. I know my limitations, my strengths and weaknesses, so you can only do your best within your own abilities and skills.

That's really good to remember! All you really can to is try to be the best you can...you can't do better than that!
