How many words should a one-shot fanfiction be?

I don't want to make this too short, nor do I want to make it too long...

as many as makes sense for the story

Again, it's a one-shot though. It's essentially erotica. I know there are people that ship this, and I know they'd want to fap to this. I want to make it long enough so that there's enough time and material, yet it's not so long and drawn out that they get bored...

just write it out, and see if you think it flows well and is paced well. That's the best you can do to start, then get people to proof read it for an outside opinion. I'd be happy to help. And there's the experience I want you to read my fiction

Given that it's just fanfiction, and I write these frequently, I think the "proofreading" part will be more along the lines of reading the reviews/critiques posted to each fanfiction, and using that as a guideline to improve the next one. I mean, I can send this to you when I'm done, but I can't guarantee you that you won't be scarred for life.
