Just guessing, but you could try soaking them in water slightly cooler than you would bathe/shower with. That might give some relief.

How long did you leave them in the water? Was it warm enough? And it's important to use a pumice stone on the soles of your feet beforehand.

About half an hour. And oh ._. I didn't know you had to do that for sores.
