weird, I have fat upstairs neighbors too, never had an issue. Its just when they keep dragging stuff or decide to have a party.

He seems to sit up late at night tapping his foot, which is really only a few feet above me, so it can be rather annoying.

I bet, cant you talk to him?

I've thought about it, but I suspect he's sleeping on his chair because he's having tension with his wife, so I figure he's probably more miserable than he's making me. I'm hoping to just move as soon as possible.
