When you pretend you're pregnant what do you do? Like activity wise?

I decided put a fake belly, like that. I used to play with my dolls and make pregnant bellies for them but once I thought what would be have a pregnant belly on me. And I did it with some clothes and then I star doing. I was 8 or 9 years old.

I walk around my house and do some chores. Sometimes I like to rub my belly and pretend the babies are kicking inside of me.
