I Am Missing Someone

I'm struggling recently with the feeling of missing someone that I have yet to meet. I dream so often of this person, I read of them in books and poems, I see them in my mind's eye every time I daydream. I wish that I could find them, but they don't seem to exist outside of my heart.

I can relate. There's a person I've never met and I can't help but feel we would be perfect together. Except I know who she is and where she is. She's a 1000 miles away and there seems to be so many obstacles in the way. There's been twice in the last 4 years that it looked like we might meet but things always fell through.

You don't have to give up on finding that person, it's just the expectation of wanting it right now you should get rid of. Your search might bring you someone who isn't that exact person, but a good person nevertheless who you can have your adventures with 🙂
